Mini‐Abstract This article describes echocardiographic features of a PA ‐ LAF case which is a very rare congenital heart disease and assesses the diagnostic value of echocardiography by comparing echocardiographic features with the clinical characteristics, computed tomography imaging features, and surgical findings.
