Mini‐Abstract Coronary artery fistula with two giant coronary artery aneurysms is a very rare condition. In this study, we report a patient with right coronary artery to left ventricle fistula with two giant coronary artery aneurysms. The patient was treated successfully by closure of the fistula and the orifice of the RCA , and coronary artery bypass grafting.
