Mini‐Abstract The image and the clinical message focus on an unusual presentation of tuberculous pericardial involvement appearing as a loculated organized pericardial effusion mimicking a pericardial tumor. Antituberculous combination therapy resulted in complete resolution of the pericardial mass. To the best of our knowledge, such presentation of tuberculous pericarditis has not been previously reported.
