Mini‐Abstract Atrial myxoma is a benign cardiac mass often seen during echocardiographic examinations. These masses often may present communication with coronary arteries due to the rupture of their vessel wall. We show the images of an incidental finding of two atrial myxomas with a fistula communication between them and a branch of right coronary artery.
