Mini‐Abstract We report the case of a 9‐year‐old girl with a severe form of Ebstein's anomaly. Intracardiac echocardiography used for guidance in closure of the atrial septal defect ( ASD ) showed a clear picture of nondelamination of the septal and posterior leaflets of the tricuspid valve.
