Mini‐Abstract Bubble contrast echocardiogram is conventionally done through left hand while evaluating patients with unexplained cyanosis. We hereby report a case of anomalous drainage of superior vena cava to left atrium in child and highlight the importance of doing bubble contrast echocardiogram through right hand.
