Mini‐Abstract We report the case of a neonate presented with respiratory distress and severe cardiomegaly. Two‐dimensional echocardiography revealed tethering of tricuspid valve with severe regurgitation. We used real time three‐dimensional echocardiography to clarify the mechanism of this regurgitation.
