Mini‐Abstract A 91‐year‐old man with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis underwent a transfemoral aortic valve ( E dwards S apien XT23) implantation. Migration of the prosthesis into the left ventricular outflow tract occurred a week after. An urgent successful subsequent open heart surgery for device retrieval and prosthesis replacement was performed.
