Mini‐Abstract We herein report a case of large right atrial thrombus at the junction of inferior vena cava and right atrium using multimodality imaging. When a right‐sided cardiac mass is encountered, it is important to clarify the type of the mass. Atrial myxoma, thrombus, vegetation, metastatic tumors, and primary benign or malignant tumors should be considered in the differential diagnoses of intraatrial masses. However, it is usually hard to make an accurate diagnosis before surgery.
