Mini‐Abstract K awasaki disease which is the most common acquired heart disease in developed countries causes coronary arterial aneurysms in 20% of untreated patients. Instead of presenting with the classical K awasaki disease features these patients may present with angina, breathlessness, myocardial infarction, and sudden death. Echocardiography helps in early diagnosis.
