Mini‐Abstract Hypoplastic left heart syndrome is one of the most severe forms of congenital heart disease, and despite surgical palliation, a major morbidity is progressive right ventricular failure. Three‐dimensional speckle‐tracking echocardiography is a new, noninvasive method to measure global and regional left ventricular volumes and function through strain analysis in 4 dimensions. In the present case, three‐dimensional speckle‐tracking echocardiography was feasible for the evaluation of right ventricular volumes in hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
