The Covid‐19 pandemic has taught us a lot of life lessons—some welcome, others not—but amidst these lessons are that there are consequences to not thinking about the future. As organizations cope with the pandemic, the need to consider the future—how to plan for its uncertainty and the challenges that come with it—has grown in importance.
