Great leaders are mindful not just of their own learning and development but also that of others within the organization. Making a company truly “knowledge‐creative” can be done in many ways, but all of them require rigor, resourcefulness, and a positive learning culture. How to build a truly “knowledge‐creative” company—an organization in which everyone continues to learn and develop new skills.
