intervention, most of them preferred workshops and regular CME’s for training in childhood disability and all of them had a positive response to adopt a low cost, culturally appropriate clinic based model in their setting. Conclusions/Significance: The pilot survey highlights the major barriers and needs of early childhood disability care. Addressing issues emerged from this study will enable us to develop a comprehensive, evidence driven, care oriented and need based clinical practice guidelines for early diagnosis and intervention.
