Cover Photograph: A photo of a paper quilling art of a chick embryo. The exhibition, ‘The Amazing Journey from Egg to Adult’, was held during 4 April to 11 June, 2017, at the National Museum of Nature and Science, to memorize the 50th anniversary of the Japanese Society of Developmental Biologists. Key visuals of the exhibition were chick embryos. The paper quilling art was created by Hiroko Uchida to memorize the Key Visual, and photographed by Hiroki Higashiyama, The University of Tokyo (see Takahashi and Takeda).
