Renal angiomyolipoma (AML) is a rare, benign mesenchymal neoplasm which can occur sporadically or in association with tuberous sclerosis complex. In the absence of typical radiologic features, a definitive diagnosis of AML requires microscopic examination of the tumor tissue supplemented by cell‐block immunocytochemistry.
