The majority of pancreatic tumours are epithelial and primary in origin, although occasionally secondary tumours from kidney, lung, breast and gastrointestinal tract can involve the pancreas. Discussed here, is fine needle aspiration cytology of a pancreatic mass in a 59‐year‐old male.
