Adamantinoma‐like Ewing's sarcoma is a rare tumor of the salivary gland seen in pediatric patients. It can mimic sialoblastoma and basal cell adenocarcinoma on cytomorphology and histopathology. FISH has to be performed to confirm the diagnosis.
