Cribriform Adenocarcinoma of Minor Salivary Glands ( CAMSG ) is a recently recognized, distinct neoplasm of minor salivary gland origin. Its histological and cytological features show considerable overlap with other head and neck cancers like papillary thyroid carcinoma ( PTC ). Presence of cribriform and glomeruloid structures, metachromatically staining matrix, and a lack of colloid can help distinguish CAMSG from PTC .
