A 53‐year‐old immunodepressed patient, who is being treated for acute leukaemia diagnosed 8 months ago, presented to the hospital with chest pain, non‐productive coughing and mild dyspnoea. The radiographic image showed some areas of bilateral infiltrates and small consolidations. Following suspicion of a pulmonary infection in an immunodepressed patient, a BAL was performed.
