Stromal sarcoma of the female genital tract are rare malignant tumor with varied morphology ranging from stromal nodule to high grade undifferentiated sarcoma. Even the immuno marker profile depend on the degree of differentiation. All these features make it difficult to diagnose an stromal sarcoma at primary or metastatic site.
