The rare coexistence of a synchronous malignant (salivary duct carcinoma) and benign (Warthin's) tumor in the same parotid gland is presented with the differential diagnosis. The malignant tumor's cytological features are interesting in terms of the resemblance to invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast.
