The present case demonstrates the characteristic cytomorphological features of an uncommon condition involving an usual site ‐ presenting as bilateral orbital soft tissue masses in a child. The case leads the reader through a series of questions to a diagnosis and discusses that condition. It also highlights the diagnostic role of fine needle aspiration cytology in such cases.
