Carcinosarcoma of breast, a rare tumor, is a subtype of metaplastic carcinoma usually presenting in postmenopausal women. Cytological diagnosis is difficult due to the variable composition of the tumor. This case illustrates the cytological features of carcinosarcoma of breast.
