Cytology of epithelioid sarcoma is rare and the tumor has not been described in the paratesticular location. The cytomorphology of epithelioid sarcoma can be confused with many other sarcomas with epithelioid morphology and epithelial malignancy. These tumors express nuclear Cyclin D1 and Loss of INI 1 which can be proved on immunohistochemistry.
