In our article, we report additional cytolorphologic features of MASC. In addition to vacuolated cells/histiocytoid cells and colloid‐like material in the background we noticed nuclear membrane irregularities, nuclear grooving, and hyalinized tissue fragments in the cell block. These additional features can serve as important diagnostic clues in making a diagnosis of MASC on cytology.
