There have been sporadic reports of lung carcinomas associated with Aspergillus and this association may be more common than previously realized. However, to date, only one case has reported of eosinophilia in cytologic specimens and peripheral blood along with the co‐existence of lung carcinoma and Aspergillus. We present here a case of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung associated with non‐invasive aspergillosis and localized and peripheral blood eosinophilia.
