Summary Globba wardii (B.L. Burtt & R.M. Sm.) K.J. Williams is described and illustrated. A habitat of this species on Mt. Victoria, Chin Hills in Myanmar is introduced. Globba wardii had been known as endemic to Myanmar; however, it was recently recorded from Assam, India.
