Radiological and histopathological findings of tracheal cartilaginous sleeve in a patient with Beare‐Stevenson syndrome. (a). 3D construction image of chest CT scans showed tracheal cartilaginous sleeve on the right side dorsally. (b). The trachea was irregularly dilated with a pouch‐like deformity (arrow). Malformed cartilaginous islands (c) and inflammatory cell infiltrate with hyperplastic glands (d) were observed in the tracheal wall.
