A rare variant of OHVIRA syndrome. MRI revealed two uterine corpora (arrows) and lack of hematoma formation in hemivagina. After removal the right uterus, patient was freed from severe dysmenorrhea. Histopathologically, cervical glands were observed in the uterine cervix, but squamous cells indicative of the cervicovaginal portion of the genitourinary tract were not identified. Further details can be seen in the note by Watanabe et al. in this issue.
