Glycoarray is a dot‐blot assay for screening up to 300 antibodies against glycolipids. This powerful technique can identify anti‐glycolipid antibodies as biomarkers from candidate pools, and help discover new ones. In this issue of the journal, Delmont et al. compare glycoarrays with enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay for routine neuroimmunological diagnostic testing.
