Information technology and the World Wide Web have made huge impacts on the pedagogy of many teaching disciplines, yet some areas remain largely untouched. One example is the performing arts, presumably due to its pedagogical bias on kinaesthetic learning (learning through doing) and reflection. Bringing technology into such educational environments is not impossible, but can present its own problems; problems that a new generation of technologies may finally be solving.
