Post‐operative and oncological 3‐year follow‐up outcomes in stage 2 colonic cancer in the emergency and elective setting: a cohort study

Stage 2 colorectal cancer surgery is associated with high morbidity, probably related to the resection of organs adjacent to the tumour. According to our results, the subclassification of stage 2 does not allow us to clearly differentiate the prognosis of the disease.
