On the Cover: This month in AJT, we launch a new series, “Outstanding Questions in Transplantation (OQT).” Chong et al ( page 2155) provide an excellent initial offering as they explore the roles of antibody and B cells in the pathophysiology of antibody‐mediated rejection, specifically, and graft injury more broadly. This is a rapidly evolving field driven by numerous conflicting paradigms; one that continues to have few satisfactory therapeutic options for patients. Indeed, it is this type of difficult, dynamic area of study that we hope to address in OQT. Cover image by Lauren Halligan, Duke University Department of Surgery .
