On the Cover: Epstein‐Barr Virus (EBV)–associated posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) remains a serious and at times fatal complication of transplant immunosuppression. In this issue of AJT, Sang et al ( page 1305) present exciting new data regarding the pathways involved in EBV+ lymphoma growth, and they outline new approaches to inhibit the progression of PTLD while still preventing organ rejection. We are also privileged to have a Special Article ( page 1288) from William Gunnar, National Director of Surgery for the United States Veterans Health Administration, on the current state of transplant care for America's veterans, accompanied by a thoughtful editorial on VA transplant care by William Bennett ( page 1259).
