This month's installment of “The AJT Report” offers some perspective on the continuing effort to achieve fairness in the organ distribution system, with a focus on patient‐driven events affecting the lung allocation sequence. We also report on the success of recent medical missions to bring kidney transplantation to Ethiopia.
