In this editorial, the author expresses concerns that poorly designed studies fail to answer important questions about the safety and efficacy of new drugs for the treatment of antibody‐mediated rejection but can result in rapid acceptance and off‐label use in transplantation based solely on a pilot study and promising mechanisms of action.
