The mTOR pathway is increasingly recognized as influencing diverse aspects of immunity, and this month's Literature Watch highlights studies showing that inhibition of mTOR results in attenuated B cell affinity maturation, resulting in an antibody repertoire that is more cross‐reactive during influenza virus challenge.
