The use of intravenous immunoglobulin in highly sensitized candidates for transplant is often controversial. This month, we talk to experts on both sides of the issue and look at the challenges of shortages and the drug's high cost. Also this month, we examine a new study that shows transplant surgeons report high levels of burnout due to interpersonal factors within the workplace.
