Abstract It has been reported that acute myeloid leukemia ( AML ) patients with t(3;3)(q21;q26) translocation and monosomy 7 abnormalities may present with diabetes insipidus (DI) without neurohypophysis changes on imaging. We report a second Australian AML case with central diabetes insipidus (CDI) that presented with radiological abnormalities but without the genetic changes as previously reported.
