A new A ustralian lace bug genus I ttolemma gen. nov. is described for the inclusion of three species. T ingis teretis D rake is transferred to the new genus I ttolemma , made the type species of the new genus and redescribed. Two new species – collected on recent B ush B litz surveys in W estern A ustralia – are described: I . credo sp. nov. and I . micula sp. nov. All species occur in temperate southern A ustralia from host plant genera in the families L amiaceae and S crophulariaceae (order L amiales), including E remophila . This work documents the first host plant records and a large range extension for I . teretis . A key to species, diagnostic images and notes on the generic placement within the A ustralian T ingidae fauna, is provided.
