Abstract Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common type of salivary gland tumor. Although it rarely affects the trachea and bronchus, it usually grows in the airway and presents as an endobronchial mass. We recently experienced a case of pleomorphic adenoma originating in the bronchus and growing outward into the mediastinum. We present this case with review of the computed tomography ( CT) scan of the patient's chest, the endoscopic ultrasound ( EUS ), and the histopathology report.
