During the processes of shale oil-exploration in the Jiyang depression, more than 700 exploratory wells going through the mudstone layers appeared oil &gas shows, while only 40 of them had commercial hydrocarbon flows in the end. Meanwhile, increasing oil-gas production of these wells also rely on the improvement of technological measures, such as the well Luo 20, Da 2, Fanye 1 and Bo yepin 1 .etc. However, compared with the special exploratory wells the productivity of the concurrently wells are relatively superior. taking the well Yi 182 as an example, the converted daily oil production from the shale in the Sha 3 lower sub-member approach to 140 tons (Wang et al., 2013). The differences in oil-gas productions among those wells are largely due to unclear understanding of the main controlling factors and enrichment regularities of shale oil. Zhang et al.(2013) considered the enrichment degree of the shale oil is closely related to lithofacies, organic matter abundance, occurrence mode, thermal evolution degree, reservoir physical property, diagenesis and fracture development (Zhang et al., 2013). Moreover, Li et al.(2014) indicated that the effective accumulation of shale oil and its admissibility are also influenced by preservation condition, crude oil property and the exploitation approach (Li et al., 2014). * In this paper, based on the main controlling factors on sweet spot enrichment of continental shale oil, combined with the mathematic statistics, we establish the relationships between those controlling factors and shale oil productivity to deeply understand the main controlling factors on sweet spot enrichment, and design a comprehensive evaluation method according to those main controlling factors to predict the sweet spot of shale oil. This research is of great significance to provide theoretical guidance for predicting the favorable exploration areas of continental shale oil. 2 Main sweet spot enrichment controlling factors in shale oil
