This article documents the addition of 142 microsatellite marker loci to the M olecular E cology R esources database. Loci were developed for the following species: A griophyllum squarrosum, A mazilia cyanocephala, B atillaria attramentaria, F ungal strain CT e Y 1 ( A scomycota), G adopsis marmoratus, J uniperus phoenicea subsp. turbinata, L iriomyza sativae, L upinus polyphyllus, M etschnikowia reukaufii, P uccinia striiformis and X ylocopa grisescens . These loci were cross‐tested on the following species: A mazilia beryllina, A mazilia candida, A mazilia rutila, A mazilia tzacatl, A mazilia violiceps, A mazilia yucatanensis, C ampylopterus curvipennis, C ynanthus sordidus, H ylocharis leucotis , J uniperus brevifolia, J uniperus cedrus, J uniperus osteosperma, J uniperus oxycedrus, J uniperus thurifera, L iriomyza bryoniae, L iriomyza chinensis, L iriomyza huidobrensis and L iriomyza trifolii .
