The genus Harpocera Curtis (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Miridae: Phylinae) is taxonomically reviewed from the Korean Peninsula with the description of the new species, H. josifovi sp. nov . Descriptions for species, including photographs of the adults, male genitalia and other diagnostic characters, and some biological information, are presented. A key to the Korean species is also provided.
