Abstract Six genera of the subfamily T ersilochinae ( B arycnemis , D iaparsis , G elanes , P hradis , P robles and T ersilochus ) are recognized in S outh K orea. Two genera, D iaparsis and T ersilochus , were previously recognized from S outh K orea, whereas the other four genera are recorded from this country for the first time. All genera found in S outh K orea, except the almost cosmopolitan D iaparsis , are entirely or predominantly H olarctic. A key to the six genera of T ersilochine occurring in S outh K orea is provided. Two genera of K orean T ersilochinae ( B arycnemis and P hradis ) are reviewed here, and a key to the other four species ( B . bellator , B . dissimilis , P . kyushuensis and P . nikishenae ) is provided in this paper.
