Triplication of small bowel is an extremely rare variant of enteric duplication with only one previously reported case in a neonate. Most enteric duplications are presented in neonates as intestinal obstruction. Herein we present a case of 3‐year‐old girl with acute abdomen due to perforation of triplicated ileum aiming to highlight the characteristic presenting features, the diagnostic difficulties and challenges of surgical intervention for this condition.
