The paper presents the totality of nominal compounds attested in the Sabellic languages. It intends to evaluate any lexical correspondences between Sabellic and Latin and to classify the types of composition as productive or rather marginal respectively. Common innovations in the system of nominal composition contribute to the arguments in favour of a linguistic unity of Proto–Italic.
