In the three CIS classes, a multimedia Gateway Destination pentium computer (200 MHz) was used to run the instructor-created multimedia presentations. Its features included a thirty-one inch monitor (which eliminated the need to use a television for a viewing monitor) and RF (radio frequency) remote keyboard and mouse. The remote keyboard and mouse made it possible for presentations to be controlled from anywhere in the classroom.
