BHK/T7‐9 cells constitutively expressing T7 RNA polymerase are transfected with a set of 11 rescue T7 plasmids encoding a HuRVA genome with a 3‐fold increased quantity ratio of rescue T7 plasmids encoding NSP2 and NSP5 segments. Recombinant HuRVAs can be recovered after propagation using a high trypsin concentration and the roller‐tube culture technique.
